Major Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Coordinate innovative and engaging Contact Center training for all customer service locations.
• Consult and collaborate with management staff to access training needs, meet training goals and implement operational changes to enhance new or any modified processes.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of the adjunct trainers throughout the contact center as well as develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks.
• Create and maintain compliant training records and files.
• Ensure center adherence to training requirements, including new procedures and re-certification.
• Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training and on-the-job coaching.
• Coordinate training requests, including reserving meeting space, responding to email inquiries, and preparing all training agendas.

Requirements

• Customer Service training experience of at least one year.
• Results oriented with a strong sense of accountability and urgency
• Possess active listening and facilitation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills and the ability to be a hands-on solutions-focused team player.
• Committed to discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• 25% Travel
