Description

Responsibility of complete payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices to maintain accounts payable records. All S&S activewear employees must adhere to the guidelines presented in the S&S Activewear Employee Handbook.

Schedule

Monday – Friday 8AM – 430PM, Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Major Responsibilities

• Show up on time every day, ready to work with a positive attitude.
• Properly code, distribute all incoming invoices.
• Efficiently and accurately enter all data into the accounting program.
• Application of manual credits.
• Review and reconcile monthly vendor statements.
• Maintain and organize the filling system.
• Process of cutting/mailing checks

• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to read and speak English

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic accounting knowledge and or experience
• Data entry experience
• Knowledge of excel
