How you’ll contribute to deliver distinctive retail solutions
For this role, we’ll look to you to take the Talent Acquisition (TA) function to the next level by enhancing technology process improvements, implementing recruiting strategies and best practices, while leading and developing the TA team. You’ll need to develop strong relationships with leadership throughout the organization to drive and influence results; partner closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to understand business priorities, hiring volumes, progress against customer deliverables, new initiatives, and the implications for talent acquisition; explore the market trends and best practices in recruitment and implement appropriate best practices; and present regular reports and updates.

The annual gross base salary range is $120,000 – $140,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
We need you to have a bachelor’s degree and at least ten years of experience managing a recruitment operation and/or team of recruiters or HR staff. You need to be proficient in DEI recruiting strategies, Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS). You’ll have the essential skills to manage recruiting results in a deadline driven, high volume and fast paced environment. You’ll have excellent communication skills – which includes the ability to speak, write and listen in a manner that clarifies issues, promotes closure, and delivers information in a clear and concise manner and facilitates decision making. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
