Part-Time Finance Manager Braintree, Essex

Salary circa £50,000 FTE ( Two days per week)

Part-Time Finance Manager role for a construction business in Braintree. This role will suit a self motivated candidate used to working on their own to to the managing director.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth running of the day to day accounting function, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Preparation of budget & monthly financial and cashflow forecasts
• Manage statutory ing eg prepare VAT and CIS returns
• Liaise with third party accountants for preparation of statutory accounts and tax filings
• Manage statutory filings with Companies House and HMRC in conjunction with the Company’s accountants.

Qualifications:

• Accounting Qualification ACCA / CIMA
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
