SRA Information Technology Hiring for Business Analyst at Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia Full Time

Business Analyst | Onsite at the offices, Darwin City | Contract – 12 months

Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for delivering impactful solutions in the healthcare industry? We’re seeking a talented individual to join a likeminded team and contribute to an exciting large-scale program focused on enhancing Pathology/Laboratory, Radiology services, and Orders/Results systems.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and documenting specifications to drive the implementation of the Project. Working closely with stakeholders and the project team, you’ll leverage your expertise to develop process maps, conduct walkthroughs, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to elicit and document business requirements.
• Develop comprehensive specifications for system configuration and build.
• Validate business analysis outputs through thorough walkthroughs.
• Support testing activities and ensure compliance with project management frameworks.
• Maintain records and manage sensitive information in accordance with policies.

Essential Skills:

• Extensive experience in Business Analysis within pathology/laboratory or radiology integration programs.
• Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and documenting ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with IT architecture areas and office tools such as Visio, JIRA, and SharePoint.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with enterprise healthcare systems like InterSystems and TrakCare.
• Knowledge of health industry clinical terminology and systems.
• Background in Laboratory or Radiology Science.
• Previous experience in testing, documentation preparation, and systems implementation.
