Squadhelp.com is seeking an experienced, results-driven UX / Product Design lead to join our Product team. As the UX lead, you will help launch new digital products and optimize current digital products through the customer journey.

Overview

Are you a data-driven marketing enthusiast with a passion for utilizing insights to drive business growth? We are a recently funded tech startup in the branding space, seeking a talented and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies and enhancing our brand presence across various digital channels, including Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other display platforms.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize various analytics tools and platforms to dive deep into our marketing data, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate weekly s that provide actionable insights to enhance our marketing strategies and optimize campaigns across different digital channels.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns in real-time. Identify areas of improvement and implement A/B testing methodologies to continually enhance our marketing effectiveness.

Channel Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other display channels. Provide recommendations on budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creatives, and other variables to ensure maximum impact.

Customer Insights: Analyze customer behavior and engagement data to gain a deep understanding of our target audience. Translate these insights into actionable recommendations to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

Business Growth Strategy: Work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to contribute to the development of our overall business growth strategy. Leverage data-driven insights to shape long-term marketing plans and align them with our company’s objectives.

Testing and Experimentation: Propose and implement innovative testing methodologies to explore new marketing channels, creative approaches, and audience segments. Analyze test results to iterate and optimize strategies for improved performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as Product Development and Sales, to provide data-driven insights that contribute to product improvements and better customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, and performance tracking.
• Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Previous experience in the branding or technology industry is a plus.
