Spurk HVAC, LLC Hiring for HVAC Service Manager Full Time

Job Description

Spurk HVAC is looking to add an HVAC Service Manager to our growing team. Our ideal candidate is proficient in the service and maintenance of all makes and brands of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. As the service manager, you are a key member of our team responsible for overseeing all service department activities.

Candidates must be self-motivated, dependable, thrive in fast moving environments, able to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and have proven communication skills with other managers, employees, and clients.

Salary:

• $75,000 – $125,000 per year. Pay commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience for current Service Manager applicants
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a service technician for applicants with no management experience
• Technical knowledge of all types of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities at one time
• Highly organized with good communication skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license

Job Requirements:

• Proven ability at building and managing a HVAC service department with both residential and light commercial capabilities
• Able to identify, troubleshoot, and repair malfunctioning systems
• All manager responsibilities including reviewing all service tickets for accuracy, developing service priorities and goals, holding service staff meetings, recruiting and hiring, developing training programs, completing performance evaluations, and overall service P&L responsibility
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to professionally resolve any customer and/or staff member complaints/issues
• Abide by all company, industry, and customer safety guidelines
• Strong technical and product knowledge about most major HVAC equipment brands and types
• Generate new service sales leads and grow maintenance customer database
• Willing to perform service technician duties if needed
