SPS Temporaries Hiring for Staffing Coordinator/Human Resources Full Time

SPS Temporaries, a locally owned staffing agency is seeking a staffing coordinator to join our team that provides Industrial workers to manufacturing companies throughout WNY.

This individual will assisting with daily operations, including: Helping recruit new applicants, assisting applicants through the employment process, matching applicants with rewarding positions, ensuring our customers’ open positions are filled.

No staffing/recruiting experience needed, will train the right person.

Recruitment Responsibility:

• Interview and match applicants with our customers open positions and ensure that the match works great for both the job seeker and our customer.
• Manages communication with all applicants and candidates in the selection process and provides a positive candidate experience
• Provide customer service to existing customers and associates by maintaining regular communication and continuing strong relationships.

What it takes:

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with candidates
• Possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
