SPS, LLC Hiring for Mobile Phlebotomist at Tampa, FL Full Time

Mobile phlebotomist (independent contractor) duties: (NOT an employee based position)

• Must be a resident within the Tampa or surrounding areas.
• Must already have or be able to obtain basic phlebotomy supplies right away: needles, holders, gauze, cotton balls, bandages, tourniquets and alcohol pads
• Must have a centrifuge machine for serum or plasma sample requirements
• Must have phlebotomy liability insurance (covers your work as an independent contractor)
• Must have a smartphone to complete work
• Must be flexible between the hours of 7am-5pm Mon-Fri
• Must pay attention to detail, label tubes & dropoff specimens properly & correctly to company/lab approved shipping facilities

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call

Experience:

• ongoing phlebotomy: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Preferred)
• phlebotomy liability insurance (Preferred)
• phlebotomy supplies to collect blood samples-no tubes needed (Preferred)
• smartphone to download mobile app (Required)
• centrifuge machine (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
