Job Summary

We have an immediate opening for an experienced full-time Purchasing Agent with a lot of personality. We are looking for someone highly energetic with an explosive personality. Previous purchasing and negotiating experience is required. Must have excellent verbal communication and writing skills, must be detail-oriented and a must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Required Purchasing Experience includes:
Buying and negotiating with vendors (MUST have 2-5 years of experience)

Profit oriented

Researching new products and new vendors

Generating and entering purchase orders

Receiving purchase orders

Managing inventory levels

Other Important Skills includes:
Providing high quality customer care

Direct customer communication

Demonstrate superior product knowledge during customer calls

Order tracking, purchasing order and phone orders

Be proactive with our customers

Assist with our sales staff
