Job Summary
An excellent Sales opportunity has become available for those pursuing a career in the Tourism Industry. SpringTide Whale Watching is seeking enthusiastic Guest Service Sales Representatives. Full time through to September 30
Key areas of responsibility:
- Booking tickets (in person, on telephone & online) of whale watching tours
- Taking of reservation details accurately
- Providing friendly customer service
- Passenger tour check-in

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with:
- A professional demeanour and appearance
- A desire to be a team player, communicating positively and clearly with co-workers
- Flexibility in scheduling – some weekend and evening work expected
