Job Summary

An excellent Sales opportunity has become available for those pursuing a career in the Tourism Industry. SpringTide Whale Watching is seeking enthusiastic Guest Service Sales Representatives. Full time through to September 30

Key areas of responsibility:

• Booking tickets (in person, on telephone & online) of whale watching tours
• Taking of reservation details accurately
• Providing friendly customer service
• Passenger tour check-in

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with:

• A professional demeanour and appearance

• A desire to be a team player, communicating positively and clearly with co-workers

• Flexibility in scheduling – some weekend and evening work expected
