Whether a client desires re-roofing or a complete new roof install, Springer-Peterson Roofing & Sheet Metal will deliver superlative service and impeccable roofing quality. We create trusting relationships with our clients, and deliver only what is in the best interest of our customers.

We are in search of a Bilingual Staff Assistant supporting 3 departments. Administrative tasks include:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors; answering all incoming calls
• Managing mail and office equipment; order office supplies
• Assisting HR department with new hire orientations, benefit enrollment, job postings, filing and more.
• Gathers information from all departments for monthly newsletter
• Gather information and partner with internal and external partners regarding all social media.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Ability to problem solve
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization

This position is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
