We’re looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist who loves to recruit with the experience, skills and drive to recruit for a wide variety of complex roles. You will be part of a global Talent Attraction team with a dynamic working environment packed with supportive colleagues who are genuinely passionate about what they do. Challenging market requires creative solutions and you know how to implement winning talent attraction strategies that find the best possible candidate for every position. You’ll enjoy creating the type of hiring experience that leaves candidates happy and hiring managers looking forward to partnering with you again.
Responsibilities
Using a creative approach, you will deliver the best talent to the business in multiple locations
Fully understand every element of the roles you are responsible for and their respective business units. Partnering with other stakeholders, you will utilise this comprehensive knowledge and tools to actively source the right people for the business
Act as a strategic advisor to your hiring managers in creating the right recruitment strategy for any given role, ensuring on-going constructive dialogue, support and advice to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process whilst proactively managing any challenges and offering creative solutions
Delivering a first-rate candidate experience.
Support local and global initiatives in driving process improvements – actively contribute your own ideas as to how we can improve talent attraction and engagement
Effectively communicate and collaborate with your colleagues in TA, wider HR and other teams within the business.
Contribute to both regional and global strategic talent acquisition projects as required
Adapts the global HR standards to the regional / country level (based on local statutory requirements)
Is a specialist in the delivery of your process responsibility, nonetheless acts as an integrated thinker and team player
Experience, skills and qualifications
Proven direct sourcing experience working in an agency or in-house with experience of creative initiatives to identify and attract high-quality candidates
Great communication skills and an ability to influence at the highest level
A creative, solutions-driven approach to every hire
Demonstrated problem solving skills and a can-do attitude
Open to change and flexible mind-set
Results and delivery focused – holds themselves accountable to deliver
Experienced with service delivery and client solutions focused approach
Reliable and transparent communicator
Experienced with using recruitment ATS tools and understand that importance of data integrity
Team Player
