Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Full time role. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of our studio and promote our services. You will also manage our social media presence, engage with our online community, and create compelling content to showcase our projects and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the studio’s brand, services, and projects.
• Manage all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and create engaging content to increase our online presence.
• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and informative content such as blog posts, case studies, and project updates.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns to reach out to potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify target markets and develop strategies to reach them effectively.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional videos.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, prepare s, and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the studio and build relationships with potential clients and partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and social media management, preferably within the architecture or interior design industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and emerging trends in digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually appealing marketing materials.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a passion for architecture, interior design, and visual aesthetics.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with website content management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A portfolio or examples of previous marketing and social media campaigns would be highly advantageous.
