At Massage Addict Spring Garden we are looking for a part-time Guest Service Administrator/Sales Associate to join our growing clinic. – You are positive, likeable and smile lots! You make everyone you meet for the first time feel instantly comfortable
– You are professional, emotionally intelligent, and intuitive. You can read people and understand the things “not said” to help them feel comfortable or solve their challenge
-You are comfortable selling something you believe in and can close a sale! You are motivated by sales targets
– You multi-task with ease and can handle interruptions without losing your spot. Answering phones, scheduling clients, tracking files, and taking payments all at the same time is a piece of cake for you!
– You are detail orientated and love lists! You’re the kind of person that notices the smudge on the window, or that the painting is crooked. You’re also the kind of person who makes lists of their lists!
– You take initiative and know how to manage your time. When you see something that needs to be done, you do it! And you can coordinate tasks to make sure everything gets done in a timely manner.
– And finally, you do all things with excellence. You’re known for a strong work ethic and have a reputation for getting the job done well.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
– Provide outstanding client service by greeting clients when they arrive and orienting them to the clinic
– Answer telephone calls, emails, and in person inquiries about our services and available appointments
– Maintain a working knowledge of all Massage Addict Spring Garden services and recommend fit for clients and therapists
– Educate clients on the benefits of membership, support sign-up and coordinate documentation gathering for new member files
– Reconcile insurance billings and understand basic insurance coverage processes (will train)
– Collect payment from outstanding client accounts and communicate policies
– Maintain a relaxing atmosphere for the clients by supporting the cleanliness of the clinic and ensuring client-facing areas are safe, tidy, and presentable at all times
– Coordinate with therapists on procedures to ensure smooth administrative operations and file management
– Participate in a positive clinic culture by building relationships with colleagues and supporting one another’s success
WHAT YOU HAVE:
– 2-3 years of experience in a clinical or spa service oriented or retail sales environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; excel, word, and outlook an asset
– Familiarity with scheduling software; Booker (an asset, will train)

Compensation is competitive and will be based on experience and education.
