We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant who has supported the human resource needs of a company. to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent clerical skills and be able to handle a variety of tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. This position requires someone who is highly organized, has strong communication skills, and can work independently.
Responsibilities – Job Description:
- Providing personal assistance support to the HR Team
- Managing and maintaining employee files to maintain legal compliance
- Assisting with new hire orientations and onboarding
Skills:- Excellent organizational skills- Strong attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
