An opportunity has arisen for a reliable, hardworking Project Coordinator to join our team based in Kirrawee, NSW on a full-time basis. This position will report directly to our Operations Manager and assist our Operations Team with the effective planning, scheduling and support of a remote field team, answering telephone enquiries, manage end to end order process, invoicing and ensuring the delivery of services meet contract requirements, customer expectations and deadlines.

ABOUT YOU

• Great communication and interpersonal skill
• High attention to detail
• High level of data entry and record keeping
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Previous experience in accounting, administration is highly desirable
• SAP experience preferred
