The Spotless Health and Education (H&E) line of business (LOB) provides comprehensive operational and maintenance services as well as lifecycle maintenance programs to various sites within primary/ secondary/ tertiary education and hospital facilities throughout Australia. The contracts are a combination of education and health public private partnerships (PPP) and non-PPP health contracts.

About the Role:

The Finance Officer provides financial and administrative support to all Service Lines and Service Delivery Partners (SDP’s) to enable a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, visitors and the protection of the health precinct property and assets. The role is responsible for ensuring financial administration assistance is provided to the SCUH Contract.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will ensure that all services are provided in a way that minimises risk, and complies with the relevant policies and procedures detailed in the Contract Management Plan and other documents that inform regulatory or contractual obligations.

About You:

You will come experienced in finance administration, preferably within the Facility Management industry, and have worked with budgets, accounts payable and receivable, and profit and loss reports. You will also have:

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role with knowledge of accounting procedures, report preparation, and financial analysis
• Proven experience and proficiency in the use of accounting software systems, SAP preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with business and client leaders
• Customer focused with demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
