As part of the Downer group, Spotless is a leading provider of integrated facilities services with clients across Australia and New Zealand. This role will support our WA Housing contract based in Perth

About the Role:

As the Finance & Commercial Analyst, you will support the Finance & Commercial Manager in providing both commercial and finance support within the WA Housing contract. The role supports in the delivery of monthly results, budgets, forecast, performance analysis and reporting to government clients and works with operations to ensure the efficient financial delivery of performance outcomes from SDPs.

You will also support the delivery of cash flow targets, forecast accuracy and managing the remittance advice process within the contract.

This role is a fixed term opportunity to 30th June 2025

About You:

You will come formally qualified in Commerce, Finance or Accounting, and experience in contracting of services, providing commercial and finance support. You will also have:

• Experience in the delivery of outcomes against a performance-based contract with agreed key performance indicators.
• Experience in working with major subcontractors and suppliers is preferred
• Data extraction from management systems or large data sets and analysis
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain business relationships
• Effective planning, reporting and prioritising skills
• Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of SAP (or similar enterprise systems), payroll, WMS, CRM is desirable
