We have an opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join the team based out of our St Kilda office. This role, based in Melbourne, is part of a dynamic team that delivers quality Cleaning services within the Government sector.

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, the Assistant Accountant is responsible for assisting with the delivery of quality administration, analysis of financial data and management of operational support requirements to assist the Finance team and Facility Services Managers with day to day operations. This position requires a driven and experienced Assistant Accountant who can manage tight timelines and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently to achieve business targets

ABOUT YOU

• Tertiary qualified, with experience in contract administration and financial management
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Great time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
• Experience in SAP and PowerBI is desirable
