You will be the face to the client ensuring a seamless and professional experience during visits. From maintaining calendars to organizing out-of-office meetings and keeping conference rooms client-ready, the Office Assistant plays a pivotal role in the office’s daily operations.

Work Schedule : This is a full-time, in-office position with regular hours from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday.
