The Team
We have restructured our Talent Team. A new Manager with a strategic focus is now in place and is ready to build her team. This role will form part of the broader Talent Acquisition Team built around experience and professionalism with a growth mindset – the business is growing and the Talent Team will be key to this. We work hard, we don’t take ourselves too seriously and we have fun along the way!
The Role
We are looking for an experienced, proactive Talent Acquisition Business Partner who can build talent pipelines, create recruitment campaigns and undertake targeted market mapping. This role focusses on key roles in the business where we need access to active candidate pipelines. With an IT recruitment background and a network of contacts, you are comfortable proactively contacting the candidate market and not relying purely on ad response. This is an opportunity to join a team being built to support the business going forward, to work with a collaborative Manager who will value your input on how to build a best in class recruitment function.
Responsibilities include:
Collaboration with stakeholders within the business to ascertain current and future recruitment recruitments
Proactively Identify, engage a qualified talent pool capability for Sportsbet and maintaining current knowledge of specialist talent. This includes regular attendance and/or hosting of Meet Ups, Conferences and networking events.
Managing the recruitment process including working closely with hiring managers to ensure positive outcomes
Identify, recommend and implement changes to innovate the talent acquisition process, systems and tools to better the way we fulfil our talent needs
You
Proven history of recruiting top tier talent across a wide range of positions, ideally within an internal team
Experience in proactive recruitment practices – campaigns, marketing mapping and targeted searches.
Collaborative, consultative mindset. You are a natural relationship builder
Experience in delivering to multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge around the IT recruitment market with a strong industry network
