About the role

Reporting into our Head of Talent, we are looking for an experienced, proactive Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team where you will focus on being creative in the way you hire top talent for key roles in the business. You will be responsible for building talent pipelines, creating recruitment campaigns and undertaking targeted market mapping.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun and newly created team to assist the business in its rapid growth whilst being supported by a collaborative manager who will value your input on how to build a best in class recruitment function. With a corporate or tech recruitment background and a network of contacts, you are comfortable speaking with and proactively contacting candidates in the market and share insights to your hiring managers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaboration with stakeholders within the business to ascertain current and future recruitment
• Proactively identify, engage, and attract qualified talent aligned with our organisational values, to enable Sportsbet to achieve its vision and strategy.
• Managing the end to end recruitment process including working closely with hiring managers to ensure positive outcomes and pipelining / talent pooling candidates for future opportunities
• Identify, recommend, and implement changes to innovate the talent acquisition process, systems and tools to better the way we fulfil our talent needs
• Deliver the highest of quality candidates through modelling and maintaining a robust assessment process and embedding this across the business
• Collaborate with HRBP’s, OD team, Remuneration & Benefits team and the HR leadership team with integrity to assist and influence business decision with specialist knowledge and relevant talent / market information

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven history of recruiting top talent across a wide range of positions, ideally within an internal team
• Experience in proactive recruitment practices – campaigns, marketing mapping and targeted searches.
• Positive, friendly, and collaborative attitude with a natural ability to foster and maintain relationships
• You question the status quo and look at things in new ways to drive innovation and value other’s expertise, efforts and ideas and provide support when things don’t always go as planned
