About the role
Reporting into our Head of Talent, we are looking for an experienced, proactive Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team where you will focus on being creative in the way you hire top talent for key roles in the business. You will be responsible for building talent pipelines, creating recruitment campaigns and undertaking targeted market mapping.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun and newly created team to assist the business in its rapid growth whilst being supported by a collaborative manager who will value your input on how to build a best in class recruitment function. With a corporate or tech recruitment background and a network of contacts, you are comfortable speaking with and proactively contacting candidates in the market and share insights to your hiring managers and stakeholders.
