Job Description:
The Fit Cubs is looking for energetic and passionate coaches to join our team as part-time In-School Program Coaches. As a coach, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide children aged 2 to 10 years through engaging sports activities designed to promote their growth and development. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about sports and enjoy working with young children.
Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate sports activities for children aged 2 to 10 years in our in-school program.
Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages active participation and skill development.
Develop lesson plans and curriculum that align with the company’s objectives and cater to the needs of different age groups.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during sports activities.
Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and program coordinators regarding program updates, participant progress, and any concerns.
Maintain accurate records of attendance and participation.
Collaborate with fellow coaches and staff to continuously improve the quality of the program.
Requirements:
Age between 18 to 30 years.
Fluent in English (spoken ).
Passion for working with children and promoting their physical and social development.
Any graduate degree.
Experience in playing sports is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work part-time from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
