Job Description

Split14 Creative is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels.

The ideal candidate will use a strong grasp of current marketing / communications strategies and tools to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Our newest team member would have an entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude that can roll with the punches and hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with internal and external partners, develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, audience acquisition, and engagement
• Manage and optimize digital channels including website, email, and social media, with particular focuses on tactics including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Pay per Click (PPC), and display advertising campaigns
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data / metrics, insights, industry trends, and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce high-quality deliverables that align with marketing objectives
• Research and analyze competitor’s strategies
• Assist our creative marketing department with other projects as needed

Preferred Skills

• Minimum of 2-4 years of in-depth, hands-on experience in SEO / SEM, digital marketing, and social media
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences within a diverse organization
• Demonstrate professional project management, writing / editing / proofreading, and presentation skills required, along with exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated knowledge and skill with a wide range of marketing communications tools (web, social media, video) used to market to internal and external audiences
• Knowledge of best practices and professional trends in social media channels; familiarity with social media analytics, and marketing analytics in general, strongly preferred
• Experience with website analytics tools such as GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.
• Familiarity with updating website content through WordPress CMS
• Highly organized, self-motivated, creator who is passionate about digital technologies and able to work autonomously
• Work independently as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
