JOB TITLE: Bookkeeper / Accountant

General Duties

· Accounts Payable

· Accounts Receivable

· Review and record credit card and bank transactions

· Enter necessary Journal entries

· Prepare periodic financial reports such as P/L, B/S, Cash Flow Statements, and Sales reports

· Reconcile cash account activities with the company’s bank accounts

· Perform ad hoc analysis or special projects as assigned

· Monthly closing with reconciliations and financial reporting

· Liaison with fulfillment center to ensure proper order processing

· Submit additional order requests to warehouse

· Manage customer service inquiries through email, phone, and messenger

· Monitor off-site inventories

· Monitor and process e-commerce sales

Qualifications

· College degree in Accounting or Finance

· Previous experience in working in a similar role preferred

· Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

· Experienced in CPG, and three-tier system

· Knowledgeable of accounting/bookkeeping practices, processes, and tools

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Ability to coordinate between various departments ensuring efficient flow of information

· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks

· Experience in manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
