- The Company is committed to developing trainees to become qualified accountants to meet the future needs of the business therefore candidates must be prepared to work towards obtaining a Professional Accounting qualification (ICAI).
- Our Finance Department covers all aspects of Industrial Accounting, including Financial Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, Budgeting, Internal Audit, Treasury Management and Financial Systems. The objective of the scheme is to provide trainees with practical understanding of the main divisions within Finance, plus an appreciation of other functions within the Company, such as Commercial, Operations, Engineering and Information Technology.
- Company trainees will undergo a planned programme of training in all finance departments, with the overall objective of combining academic achievement with practical experience in an industrial environment.

- BSc/BA/LLB degree (minimum 2:1) in a Business-related discipline (i.e. Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Business). Qualification must be obtained by 30th September 2023
- Successful candidate will be required to work 36 hours per week 5 days a week in Belfast, N.I. and so should be willing and able to relocate as required
- Successful applicants must also have a positive, enthusiastic and hardworking attitude combined with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in finance as a career
Desirable Criteria:
- 2:1 or above in a Business-related discipline. Qualification must be obtained by 30th June 2023
- Relevant practical experience/ research within a professional finance environment
- Further relevant qualifications within a finance environment
