The Role:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral part of our Spire Talent Acquisition team; building
candidate relationships across the globe; often providing our candidates with their important first
impression of Spire.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our global Talent Acquisition team in a
fast-paced environment, helping to provide a best-in-class Talent Acquisition experience for candidates
and hiring managers. You’ll be super organised, possess great communication skills with an ability to
shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organisation full of
world class talent. There will also be opportunities to work on broader Talent Acquisition initiatives &
programmes.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with our candidates, the Talent Acquisition team and our hiring managers to
schedule interviews and coordinate broader Talent Acquisition activities
Update candidates on recruiting status & act as a key point of contact
Track Talent Acquisition activities and provide candidate reports & updates to the TA team &
our Hiring Managers
Coordinate our post-interview debrief meetings and provide relevant debrief materials
Work with our USA based TA Coordinator to support our global hiring activities & identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and process efficiencies
Basic Qualifications:
Significant experience in a similar role providing Talent Acquisition scheduling, coordination & general administrative support
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse strongly preferred)
Experience working with Global teams across multiple time zones would be useful
Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Excel Skills & Google suite – particularly Google Calendar, Doc, Meet, Sheets & Drive
