SpineSearch is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a renowned academic medical center located in Manhattan, New York for their pulmonary medicine department.

Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner:

• New York Nurse Practitioner license
• Board Certified
• At least 2 years of experience in pulmonology preferred

Responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner:

• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions/illnesses
• Prescribe medications and other treatments
• Manage patients’ overall care
• Take patients’ medical histories and record demographics
• Conduct physical examinations
• Complete invasive procedures
• Counsel patients on preventative care
