SpineOne Hiring for Accounting Assistant/Accounts Payable Job at Castle Rock, CO Full Time

SpineOne is excited to expand our team in our Corporate Office. We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive, detail-oriented professional to join our team in the Centennial location. We are looking for a motivated AP/Accounting Assistant to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assist with all aspects of Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
• Perform day to day AP transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting
• Weekly/Daily AP data entry, generating reports, mailing checks, filing invoices
• Weekly review, prepare and send Vendor Payable checks
• Scan/file as needed
• Daily online check deposits of Receivables
• Bank Runs as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Pay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour
