Our team is currently looking for a highly motivated individual that is passionate about being part of a team in the sports chiropractic arena. We are a niche sports practice that spends the time with patients to properly diagnose, treat, and educate on restoring total function to the human body.

Our ideal candidate is very detail oriented, organized, and able to manage a wide array of tasks. We are looking for someone that is positive, friendly, and self motivated. They must have strong written and verbal communications skills.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• high school diploma, two to four years related experience
• proficiency in Mac/Apple devices and software
• data entry and customer service skills
• ability to muti-task across multiple platforms
• ability to deal effectively with multiple individuals throughout our team
• strong organizational skills
• commitment to excellence and high standards

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival to office
• Answering incoming calls using appropriate telephone ettiquette
• Maintain presentable reception area
• Manage front desk email and mail correspondence
• Patient scheduling and billing for multiple doctors
