We are seeking a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Administration Assistant on a full time basis.

Responsibilities and duties:
The Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition Team. Reporting to the Business Talent Acquisitions Lead there will be a primary focus on assisting with the day-to-day recruitment and onboarding processes, and supporting general HR activities to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality customer service to the business.

Recruitment
Provide a range of support to the Talent Acquisition Team in the recruitment of predominantly Personal Support Workers (PSWs), including but not limited to:

• As required conducting initial phone screening of applications against selection criteria, often in high-volume candidate pools.
• Assist with organising interviews.
• Ensure compliance and eligibility through conducting high-quality reference checks.
• Verify qualifications, criminal history requirements, right to work and other validation processes that may be necessary and relevant to the position.
• Assist with the issuing of employment documents covering contract, super, tax etc
• Assist with the collection, collation and monitoring of all information relating to new employees including tax declarations, banking details, superannuation applications etc.
• Liaise with new employees regarding missing or outstanding onboarding documents, and ensure they are provided to SLA in a timely manner.
• Data entry and setup of new employee in internal database.
• Create and issue PSW Identification Cards.
• Provide Administration support to the Business Talent Acquisition Lead across a range of projects.
