Our client is a high performing fintech scale up that is on a strong growth trajectory with major private equity investment! This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious, articulate Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is fast, fearless and focussed! The ideal candidate is results driven with a goal to contact outbound leads and engage inbound leads to secure meetings and opportunities for the sales team (BDMs).

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling leads – CFO’s, Financial Controllers, Finance Managers
• Take cold leads, warm them up and convert them into qualified opportunities for the BDMs with whom you’ll be partnered with
• Draft highly personalised emails that engage leads

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:

• Experience in a BDR or SDR role and are comfortable engaging leads on the phone
• Tenacity, ambition, enthusiasm and high energy
• Open and comfortable with direct feedback
• Experience within a B2B SaaS company
• Experience selling to finance leaders
• Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
