Our client is a high performing Fintech scale up on a strong growth trajectory that has had major investment through a US-based Private Equity firm. ing to the Head of Partnerships, this is an incredible opportunity for a driven Partnerships Manager to join this thriving team. You will support the team to activate partnerships with Big 4 Accounting Firms, Banks and top I.T. Systems Integrators. If you’re eager to make an impact in a fast-growing, Australian Fintech company, this could be your next role!

Responsibilities:

• Support the partnerships strategy, building relationships with new and existing partners
• Work within established partnerships to activate them, create events and keep the referral channels active so as to deliver new opportunities and deal flow
• Partner with the sales function to navigate the channel partner to achieve sales
• Execute co-marketing opportunities where appropriate and work with marketing team to realise those opportunities
• Keep alive through relationship building and day-to-day operational management, the partnerships

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:

• Experience in Accounting, Banking, Consulting or Software industry background
• Partnership and Channel Management Experience
• Experience in or exposure to Financial Technology and Digital Transformation projects
• Understanding of Financial Management / Audit / Control / Accounts Payable functions a bonus (but not critical)
• Experience executing marketing and event activations with channel partners
• Strong relationship management and sales skills
• Understanding of IT/Digital transformation consulting and implementation process
• Demonstrable history of working with sales, marketing and where applicable, product
