Our fashion client has an incredible career opportunity for a talented and passionate Head of Marketing & Creative to join their successful business.

With a driven and passionate team ing in, in this key role you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and execution of this well-loved brand’s strategies across marketing, in-store, digital and social. This is a unique opportunity to join a business that is all about developing their people and that prides themselves on a culture of collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy and Implementation:

• Collaboratively design, lead and implement key creative strategies and initiatives
• Develop the marketing calendar across all channels, in conjunction with the Product/Merchandise and Digital teams
• Organise, manage and lead seasonal photo-shoots with the Head of Product, VM Manager and external resources/agencies

Store Marketing:

• Develop seasonal retail marketing strategies for stores across Australia & New Zealand

Online and Digital Strategy:

• Develop the brand digital communication strategy in line with the brand direction
• Collaborate on the digital outputs including EDM, social media & content

Product / VM Team Relationship:

• Work collaboratively on concept and execution of creative briefs
• Plan and execute creative briefs resulting in delivery of high-class seasonal windows

Brand Agency/PR Relationship Management:

• Develop, manage and maintain effective relationships with external agencies
• Work with Agency/resources in developing creative concepts and execution

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:

• Strong, high volume fashion marketing/creative direction experience
• Ability to engage and excite internal/external teams to work together to deliver effective outcomes
• Experience in continuing to grow a successful retail brand through the development and implementation of creative and effective strategies and initiatives
• Strong commercial understanding
• Strong leadership capability (business and people)
• Solid project management capability
