Our client is a high performing Fintech scale up on a strong growth trajectory that has had major investment through a US-based Private Equity firm and is currently expanding internationally. ing to the Head of Marketing, this is an incredible opportunity for a driven Head of Brand Design with formal design training to join this thriving Go-to-Market team. This candidate will play a pivotal role in elevating this brand to the next level and leading the creative process for all campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience agency side and/or dealing with large corporates in brand design and development.

Responsibilities:

• Creative leadership – Provide creative direction and leadership to the team.
• Brand custodian – Set and maintain the creative vision and standards.
• Quality assurance – Ensure that all communication aligns with brand guidelines.
• Team management – Recruit, mentor and manage a small team of designers. Foster a collaborative and creative relationship with the broader marketing team.
• Project oversight – Oversee the development and execution of brand concepts, designs, and campaigns across various channels.
• Strategic planning – Work closely with marketing to align creative initiatives with overall business and marketing strategies.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience in a similar creative leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful creative projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of design principles, advertising, and marketing.
• Familiarity with industry-standard creative software and tools. (ie. Figma).
• Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into creative solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.
