About the opportunity

• Assisting 300+ staff through face to face; email or telephone to help setup systems to resolve issues across 8 office locations
• Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate.
• Managing and deploying software and activating new hardware
• Providing assistance with a number of Design based applications
• Phone, tablet and printer configuration and support
• Windows operating environment support (Win10)
• Microsoft Office suite application Support
• Being involved with the timely delivery of IT projects
• Assist with ongoing development of related policies and procedures, including appropriate controls

About you

You are passionate about the work you do and the important role you play in supporting the business;

• Display confidence with well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Communicate well with staff and suppliers, exhibiting excellent listening skills.
• Demonstrate high standards of professional behaviour when dealing with suppliers, staff and clients.

• Hold tertiary qualifications in IT
• Strong customer service
• Strong knowledge in the workings of Azure, Office 365 and System Centre with the ability to troubleshoot system and deployment issues
• Capable of providing solutions to technical IT issues and managing all IT systems
• Strong knowledge and understanding of “Cloud’ based technology”
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work independently
• Willing to travel to remote sites when required
