We are looking for a ( Customer Service) Returns & Exchanges Coordinator.

Responsibilities
Answering questions about a company’s products or services.
Manage emails and reply to customers on time.
Handling the returns
Work with refunds and exchanges
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Follow up on customer interactions
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Supervise the inventory on return items
Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Expect to assume the following responsibilities right away:
Serve as the front line, on-call resource for all customers via phone & email.
Know our product offerings and technology inside and out in order to offer style advice and help customers find what products they need to fill their particular needs.
Provide thoughtful, strategic insight regarding customer needs to our product, marketing, and technology teams based on direct interactions with customers.
Guide customers through our custom made-to-measure process as well as take measurements and orders.
Process Orders and Run payment transactions online and in store.
Work with management to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Aid in store merchandising and maintenance.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with a passion and eye for fashion, specifically menswear, superior communication skills and experience directly interacting with customers. You have a strong will to work hard and learn all about menswear. You are friendly, open and work well in a team environment. You have a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and build connections with others.. If you do not have service experience, be prepared to share with us why your background will provide relevant experience to succeed with us.
Minimum Requirements
College Diploma or Equivalent.
Min. 2 years customer service experience (preferable previous experience in Menswear)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet
High attention to detail.
Good Phone Manners
Pleasant Attitude
Self Starter
