What it means to be an Onsite Staffing Coordinator:

You will analyze prospective client’s needs and customize ideal strategic recruitment and staffing solutions. This person strives to become a trusted client advisor to drive our talent in the project.

Some of your responsibilities will include the following.

• Partner with the client ( HR or Warehouse Manager) to determine recruiting/staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Generate a creative and effective recruitment plan using phone, text, email, social media, and in-person.
• Review the responses to the job ads and set up interviews with candidates.
• Manage all applications through our technology partners. Coordinate any onsite recruiting events or open house
• Perform the pre-employment process of new hires, including background checks and drug screenings.
• Provide Spherion orientation and clients orientation before starting their assignment.
• Support to the client, driving our talent to perform correctly according to the SOP’s and needs.
• Track and review timesheets to be submitted by the talent and approved by the client on time
• Manage any inquiry or concern related to our talent
• Provide feedback, coaching, and warnings to the talent to improve performance.
• Motivate the talent to perform their job safely according to clients’ policy.
• Pull a Track s to review (attendance, absences, hours, etc.) and interpreter numbers to improve the service.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma required.
• A College Degree is preferred (or the equivalent in related work experience)
• 2 > years experience in a Human Resources environment ( preferred)
