Do you have experience using QuickBooks? Spherion Staffing is currently seeking an Office Accountant in Park Rapids, MN. This person will be responsible for managing the day to day accounting functions and systems. This is a direct hire opportunity with a full benefits package available.

Responsibilities:
– Compile, verify, process all payables and receivables
– Assist in payroll process and coordination of payment
– Respond to all email, and distribute to whom ever is needing the info
– Assist in bidding process: research, email, and job costing
– Management of all office systems

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Skills:
– Construction experience / knowledge
– Detail orientated
– Ability to multi-task and manage time
– Good communication skills

Education:
Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
– Experience and working knowledge using QuickBooks. Contractor version preferred.
– Microsoft Office experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Park Rapids, MN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
