I am recruiting a full time, direct hire Accounting/Finance Operations Manager with experience in retail service with oil and gas exposure as a bonus, in Rochester Mills, PA

You will:

Be responsible for oversight and management of Customer Service, Billing, and Inventory Management Staff

• Provide leadership and oversight to a department of approx. 15 people across 4 different offices

• Develop and document desktop procedures for customer service – drive quality and sales through effective interaction with customers and help solve their problems

• Understand the flow of information through our ERP system and work with corporate finance to improve data integrity and reporting

• Improve and document system of controls surrounding daily fuel inventories

• Oversee fast-paced, high volume billing function which relies on speed and accuracy

• Effectively communicate and collaborate with operators and corporate staff

You will have:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• BS degree in accounting or finance preferred or equivalent experience

• Previous experience in billing and customer service

• Ability to learn complex transactional ERP systems quickly and be able to provide support to the staff/user community

• Ability to identify and solve problems collaboratively

• Previous experience in inventory management and reporting as a plus

• Ability to travel to other locations in Clearfield, Corsica, and Bradford to work with other offices

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
