Responsibilities
Partner with your Manager and Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs
Phone screen, interview, and recruit entry-level sales professionals on a permanent basis
Intuitively source and proactively identify active and passive sales professionals through various sourcing channels and social media sites
Graduate Assessment Centre delivery
Build and maintain a quality pipeline by fostering long-term relationships with candidates and universities across the UK
Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
Successfully review job descriptions and analyse hiring manager requirements in order to understand the needs and technical skills required
Be Spencer Ogden’s subject matter expert, provide valuable insights into our competitors and the graduate market
Coordinate attendance at in-person and virtual career events
