YOUR NEW EMPLOYER

Their average tenure is well above 7 Years. As a result, you will be surrounded by passionate people who know the HR space through and through. You will learn from them. You will pick up new skills and knowledge. No “fake it till you make it” attitudes here.
YOUR FIRST FEW MONTHS
Your first few Months will be all about learning. Learning the HR space. The candidates and their drivers. The clients and their behaviours. The value adds that the agency provides to the HR community. The focus will not be on your billings.
You will be handed clients. Not cold leads from the database. Actual clients with live job orders! Around 120k of revenue currently sits in this desk.
The team will welcome you and introduce you to clients and candidates. You won’t have internal competition.
YOUR NEW DESK
The team you will be joining all focus on roles across HR & HSE at 120K and above salary levels. Their desk for 120k and below roles has been vacant for a few months, the previous incumbent has sidestepped into a Senior HSE desk, so the knowledge has remained within the business. As such your transition into the role and business will be smooth.
You will do temp & perm HR roles across multipole industries.

What are the expectations? Be passionate about finding the right match. Be curious to find out more about the HR space and the challenges that the HR community face and try and add value to that community.
YOUR SALARY AND COMMS
You will be rewarded with a competitive base salary, with performance quarterly, the commission scheme here very lucrative, and they also offer an end of year bonus based on company profits. This isn’t an unrealistic bonus as they’ve successfully achieved it for the past 5 years.
WHAT ROLES WILL YOU BE RECRUITING?
All HR roles 120k and below. The roles and relationships will be handed over to you by the rest of the team who focus on the 120k + above market. A huge amount of work will be passed down.
You will be required to build on those relationships. So, it’s more an account manager role rather than a 360 that we’re looking for.
