Position Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual for the position of a Customer Care Supervisor at our London terminal. A Customer Care Supervisor at Speedy Transport Group will overlook the Customer Care team and respond to customer inquires in a professional manner.

Hours: Monday to Friday Day Shift

Position Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Customer Care Manager
• Provide supervision for the Customer Service Department
• Establish and coordinate training for all customer service employees
• Ensure that all customer service employees understand and operate within department policies and procedures
• Supervise activities of customer support/service to maintain and continuously improve service levels to customers and to enhance flexibility in response to changing business needs
• Promote Speedy’s service and provide support for the future development of new and existing customer relationships
• Ensure customers are provided with requested information including service description and service options
• Ensure all customer claims and queries are satisfactorily investigated and resolved – including missing issues, non-receipt, billing, and shipping errors
• Collaborate with relevant departments within the company to meet company objectives and resolve customer issues
• Monitor special needs of new customers
• Work closely with operations to provide our customers with the best possible service

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Customs paperwork
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
• Able to work and learn in fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work effectively, efficiently, and courteously with other staff
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines
