Our company is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to work with other IT professionals to provide technical support for the organization’s computer infrastructure. An ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and possess exceptional problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will be able to write software programs, identify and correct system problems, and monitor network performance.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware.
• Be familiar with Microsoft Office products.
• Be familiar with all aspects of operating systems.
• Basic Networking & Server Troubleshooting.
• Be able to fix faulty printers and other office equipment.
• Have strong typing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
