The Opportunity:
This role is perfect for someone who wants to join a growing technology company at an early stage, and sees the value that honest, authentic, and streamlined talent management can bring to an organisation. This role will provide support to the People function with a key focus placed on hiring at pace. The Talent Coordinator will be key to the growth of the company and will support the Senior People Partner and the People and Talent Coordinator, as well as external Recruiters, to deliver a comprehensive Talent Acquisition provision.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Support hiring managers with resourcing and talent planning by:
• Keep our job adverts up to date and on the right media, i.e., our ATS system (Workable) and job boards;
• Organise and attend hiring ‘kick-off’ meetings with Hiring Managers to establish a clear, tailored hiring process;
• Pre-screen CVs for suitability;
• Manage the candidate experience with best practice at heart;
• Organise interviews and ensure timely communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process;
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity, i.e., write job specs, provide hiring reports with relevant data, update forecasting plans;
• Carry out benchmarking activities for sector salary and benefits;
• Manage the Careers inbox;
• Attend weekly hiring syncs.

Person Specification:

• Qualified to A-Level or equivalent;
• Proficient in all Microsoft packages;
• Relevant experience in a similar role;
• Ability to confidently multitask and remain calm under pressure;
• Dynamic and energetic, willing to roll up your sleeves and improve processes;
• Good understanding of hiring best practice;
• Experience of using Workable (desirable).
