About the role

As we continue to grow we require a self-motivated, talented Marketing Coordinator in our business, to drive our ability to provide solutions to new and existing customers. The diversity of applications and products within the broad range of markets will stimulate your need for a challenging role. We are also looking for someone who can support with investor relations & marketing during times of planned capital raising.

Duties and responsibilities

• Assist in the development and deployment of Specturs Brand Strategy
• Utilise and integrate multiple advertising mediums including, but not limited to, digital advertising, ecommerce, social media, search, re-marketing, EDM, print to deliver a seamless marketing strategy that effectively engages with our customers
• Supporting our sales team to plan and deliver effective Local Area Marketing
• Maintaining the Marketing Calendar
• Monitoring and responding to social media campaigns
• Content creation to assist with SEO
• Ensure that all marketing activity and efforts work towards achieving Specturs strategic goals
• Develop various assets for internal and external print, digital and Social Media to promote the voice of our brand
• Conduct research to define target customer demographic and highlight the changing needs of our core demographic
• Conduct competitor research, consumer trends and deliver ing of same to the Sales Managers on a regular basis
• Track and on ROI from Marketing activity
• Assist in the development of Marketing communications to our Sales team. This includes campaign briefs, articles in our newsletter as well as email communications
• Maintenance and curation of our WordPress website

Skills and experience:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A tertiary level qualification in business, marketing, or other areas relevant to the position, or proven experience working within related marketing roles
• 2+ years’ work experience in a similar role is desirable
• Experience with research using data analytics software
• Experience in omni channel marketing
• Experience in graphic design is desirable
• Familiarity with B2B Marketing is desirable including linkedin, google ads and other channels
• Intermediate to high-level general computing skills with experience in WordPress desirable
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs
• Excellent organisational skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities and demonstrated ability to make effective decisions
• Customer orientated, capable of competently liaising with internal staff and customers in a professional and pleasant manner
• Appetite for continual learning within managing people and resources
• Goal orientated, effective time management and strong drive for results, enabling set deadlines to be met
• Ability to multi-task people, events and systems activities to ensure deadlines are achieved.
