ROLE BRIEF

We are looking for a dedicated People and Talent Acquisition coordinator to work with our people and departmental teams to attract and hire new employees for our company. Furthermore, this candidate should be organized and have excellent communication and people skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Finding and filtering appropriate job applicants and performing reference checks and garda vetting + DBS checks
• Advertising vacancies on job boards (company website and external boards in various regions)
• Extending job offers and arranging the relevant documents
• Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
• Scheduling and conducting interviews.
• Contacting new employees and preparing onboarding/ offboarding sessions
• Communicate effectively with Hiring Managers
• Assisting with the efficient day-to-day operation of the People and the Talent Acquisition functions
• Administration of HR information systems, pulling reports as required by the People and the Talent Acquisition team
• Assisting with any ad hoc people and Talent Acquisition initiatives as required by the Head of Department
• Source passive candidates

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise and complete projects within the deadline
• Comfortable multitasking
• Thorough problem-solving skills
• Excellent analytical, administration and organisation skills.

DESIRABLE:

• Knowledge of GDPR requirements.
• Health and wellbeing industry experience
