As a Spectrum Enterprise Talent Sourcing Partner, you proactively source high quality professionals for key roles across the organization through a variety of channels, including social media, job postings and partnerships with communities, universities, diversity organizations and the military. You collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement a targeted search strategy and proactive outreach. You qualify candidates by conducting the initial assessments and providing information on specific positions.

You ensure a continuous high volume of quality candidates through the creation and management of a strong talent pipeline for future growth while serving as a resource for the team. You succeed within an office environment by maintaining a positive attitude and delivering excellent service to geographically dispersed teams. You report directly to the Senior Manager of Sourcing and Talent Acquisition (TA) Programs for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:

• Identify high quality diverse candidates to fill key roles in functional operation groups by serving as the first point for candidates, delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring an effective pre-screening.
• Partner with internal Recruiters to understand the role, requirements and candidate profile for key positions.
• Source passive candidates by using video interviews, direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, talent mapping and relationship building across various diversity channels.
• Encourage high quality candidates to accept offers by articulating and selling the employee value proposition during candidate interactions, networking events and professional networking.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to scale sourcing strategy in a fluid manner and ensure active participation in job fairs and network venues.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining communication with Recruiters and candidates during the sourcing process.
• Work with the Branding team to help drive the social media strategies to continually promote the Spectrum Enterprise brand.
• Build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles by leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events.
• Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging.
• Provide an initial screen and high level assessment of a candidate’s knowledge, skills and abilities to ensure an overall fit with the role.
• Maintain timely and accurate information for all candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS) database to generate reports as needed.
• Identify future talent needs and proactively develop the talent pool to ensure growth needs are met.
• Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.

Required keys for success:

• Four or more years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition with proven success in using a range of direct sourcing tools.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance.
• Demonstrated research and candidate generation skills.
• Familiar with current and emerging direct sourcing techniques.
• Understanding of how to effectively leverage social media for recruitment.
• Ability to understand and articulate specific role requirements.
• Polished interview skills and telephone etiquette.
• Behavioral-based or competency-based interviewing experience.
• History of thinking creatively and resolving issues to identify quality talent.
• Commitment to candidate and company confidentiality with the ability to navigate sensitive matters professionally.
• Track record of performing successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business while keeping with Spectrum Enterprise values and culture.
• Experience successfully working within a complex matrix structured organization.
• Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.

Your education:
