JOB SUMMARY

The Sr. Manager will focus on Recruiting Operations & Project Management. This person will be responsible for participating in the development of companywide and business unit specific recruitment projects that will support the attraction of top talent. Serve as the main point of contact for those projects from concept through final implementation. Monitor and drive project performance by implementing project management best practices.

The successful candidate will partner with recruiting and business leadership to create and influence Sourcing Strategies, Reporting/Analytics, Branding and Marketing, Diversity & Inclusion and Recruiting Best Practices with the goal of elevating our talent acquisition function.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

• Meet with internal customers of an assigned project to provide status updates and reports and gather project-related feedback.

• Responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Collaborate across business lines to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract talent

• Identify and recommend media, technological and social solutions to support the talent acquisition strategy

• Create reporting for functional recruiting team based on needs. Reporting could include recurring updates on large scale hiring initiatives for executive leadership, ROI on recruiting systems and technology, analyzing data and survey results, recruiting teams compliance, audit reports, source of hire and process evaluations.

• Scope process improvement opportunities for the team; driving consistency across systems, processes, data and analytics, and reporting.

• Assist Recruiting Leaders in measuring efficiency and effectiveness with a focus on creating an optimal experience for recruiting partners, candidates, and hiring managers.

• Actively champion diversity recruitment strategies and partner with local Recruitment Managers to ensure recruiters are utilizing sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations

• Partner with Recruiting Leaders to ensure we are leveraging technology in order to deliver results.

• Analyze recruiting data and results, compare strategy and targets, and communicate status to determine and implement results into an action plan

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years Project Management, building reports, analyze and interpret data (expert level)
3+ years management experience (managing direct reports)

Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments
Ability to influence and impact change utilizing strong consultative skills
Develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
Excellent critical thinking skills

Work independently with minimal instructions
Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications (expert level skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong presentation skills
Deadline driven in a dynamic fast-paced environment

Education
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum preferred

Preferred Work Experience

Talent Acquisition Operations or HR functional experience for a large Fortune 500 organization
Prior Recruiting/Sourcing experience
Prior Consulting experience highly preferred
Demonstrated experience leading large change initiatives
Anticipate future trends and forecast business needs
Prior ATS experience (BrassRing preferred)
