The successful candidate will partner with recruiting and business leadership to create and influence Sourcing Strategies, Reporting/Analytics, Branding and Marketing, Diversity & Inclusion and Recruiting Best Practices with the goal of elevating our talent acquisition function.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years Project Management, building reports, analyze and interpret data (expert level)
3+ years management experience (managing direct reports)
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments
Ability to influence and impact change utilizing strong consultative skills
Develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
Excellent critical thinking skills
Work independently with minimal instructions
Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications (expert level skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong presentation skills
Deadline driven in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum preferred
Preferred Work Experience
Talent Acquisition Operations or HR functional experience for a large Fortune 500 organization
Prior Recruiting/Sourcing experience
Prior Consulting experience highly preferred
Demonstrated experience leading large change initiatives
Anticipate future trends and forecast business needs
Prior ATS experience (BrassRing preferred)
